From the vineyard through to the wine in the bottle, minimal intervention is practiced. The grapes can show their true characters. No stainless-steel tank farm blending here. Our aim is to produce a consistent style through the vintages. A style that is immediately approachable, fruit-driven, with softening oak influence. Also, the added advantage of aging potential.
